FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1- How large is the total project?
51 lots covering approximately 415 acres.
2- How large are the Lots?
Ranging from 5 to approximately 30 acres.
3- How far is it to Park City from GreenerHills?
Approximately fifteen minute drive from the front entrance.
4- When can I start building?
Immediately.
5- What amenities will the lots have?
Each lot has Culinary water, Sewer, Natural Gas as well as Pressurized Irrigation.
6- Are horses allowed?
Horses are allowed on the property with restrictions (i.e. each five acre lot can have up to four horses, as acreage increases, so can the number of horses not exceeding 10 on any one lot). Horses are to be kept in a stomp lot or corralled area.
7- Will there be Home Owners Associations and fees?
Yes. Fees are expected to be approximately $100.00 each month.
8- What are some of the guidelines for building a home?
Two thousand square feet min. required on main level. All exterior products must be natural earth tone colors including, wood, brick, stone, or log (no vinyl or aluminum accepted). The HOA must approve the design and plot plan of the proposed residence as well as other buildings.
9- What outdoor activities are nearby?
Deer Valley Ski Resort Gondola is fifteen minutes from the gate, Park City and The Canyons are within twenty-five minutes. Trail heads for snowmobiling and ATV's are within ten minutes, with two reservoirs not more that fifteen minutes for water skiing or fishing.
10- Do the lots have views?
There are beautiful views of the Heber Valley, Mt. Timpanogos and surrounding areas.
